It is refreshing to have salesmen know their products. Friendly and warmly welcomed, an added bonus for barista coffee while we waited. Helpful resulting in a purchase. Side note, not much accessories on display, be sure to ask for an item you may be chasing because it is likely 'out the back'.
Awesome dealership! First of all, Chris is excellent- zero pressure, and no request is too difficult! Also a super friendly guy, doesn’t have that typical sales person vibe which would repel me! Yaxuan was excellent in finance - very efficient and cordial - and friendly too! Got the job done brilliantly Jack was excellent as the service advisor squeezing me in to fit the top box I ordered after work - again friendly and nothing was too hard to ensure I was satisfied:) Great job people:)
I’ve been shopping hear since they opened initially purchasing a GS 1250 back in 2023. Through the whole process of buying the bike through to service, and purchasing accessories and clothing, my dealings with first Lachie, and now Chris, have been nothing short of exceptional. Also must give a shout out to Ben and now Jack in service and the whole team of technicians. Easy 5 stars.
Motorad service is very good and dealt with by Ben. Trustworthy organisation.
Purchased a used bike from these guys, 100% positive experience. From the effortless paperwork / purchase, the little touches also, fueled the bike at hand over, spent time with me going over the features, follow up phone call to see if all was ok with the ride home, fabolus all round, both Chris's are great with knowledge and service, great coffee too :) Thanks Guys
