I visited the Motorad department today. Chris Jeffrey assisted me with a wide range of questions I had about my next purchase. I loved his patience, integrity and honesty. He offered a solution to make sure I only commit to buy when I can make sure the bike meets my limitations. No rushing in getting mo sign the papers. Bought a new bike here, had a small issue with factory luggage. Ben the service manager is an absolute star and sorted the problem with no issues. Even though a Motorrad Dealer has opened closer to my home. I will continue to have my bike maintained by Ben at Ringwood Motorrad. Excellent Sercice
Good sales service, Chris helped me out, no issues. Had 2 x test rides as the first didnt go as well as I hoped. Had 1st service done and accessories fitted. Went smoothly and service manager trained me on new paets fitted. Over all very happy
