I never really had a problem with this company. I had used them several times before and was fairly happy with their service. Until my last purchase that is. I ordered some figures on April 11th. I wanted to be certain I get these figures before Easter. So I paid a little extra to get these figures before Easter. I had never had issues before in the past. i used to order from them fairly regularly. then i purchased a figure for a friend as a gift. apparently my friend had some sort of dispute with this company that i was unaware of; so when they saw the delivery address, they cancelled my order and issued me a refund without any sort of notification. i had to contact them to find out what the issue was. i ordered the figure for my friend from ebay. a few months later i tried to order some figures for myself for this establishment and they had me and my information flagged now... read more
