10/10 experience here! took my engagement ring in to get resized and it was done same day (other places needed it for 3+ weeks?). they were so efficient and so pleasant to deal with. absolutely will return for other jewelry needs. UPDATE: have went back for both to A) have a custom wedding band made and B) have a gold chain fixed, and both also great experiences. Cannot recommend enough!
