I recently took my engagement ring and wedding band in as I had to get them cut off, a claw broke and my diamond fell off. They resized both rings, my claw broke off so they fixed all 4 claws and reset my diamond. My ring looked brand new!! The customer service was above and beyond, very friendly. Always happy to support local. Thank you Rings and Things!!!
I brought my engagement ring in to be resized at Rings 'N Things after seeing the positive reviews. What a wonderful experience; their customer service is 10/10. They answered the phone immediately and had my ring done in just 3 days! All shined up and perfectly fitted, too. I appreciate their kindness and respect. Highly recommend their service!
I haven't personally had any work done there as I found the proprietors attitude to be condescending and unsympathetic to my needs as a customer with care of my jewelry. I was going to have a $15,000 gold bracelet repaired there however I did not have the confidence that he could do it properly and he was going to charge me $50 just for cleaning it. Mansplaining and rude, and the work done was shoddy. Very disappointing.
