I had a wonderful experience at the Ring's End location in Wilton. The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. Stopped by the Wilton Rings End today to pick up a new mailbox after mine was destroyed by the city plow this past winter. I got it on sale for a really good price and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The employee helping me was great and showed me where I could find the exact mailbox I needed. Overall it was a great experience, very quick and easy. Highly recommend this Rings End and giving them 5 out of 5 stars.
I wish I could give Ring’s End at Wilton SEVEN stars! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Bill went above and BEYOND in assisting me this morning with my project. It was relatively small, but his efforts were enormous. He absolutely did not have to be so helpful. One would be hard pressed to find such helpfulness at a big box store. Ring’s End is lucky to have Bill on its staff, and our family will continue to be loyal customers.
When I went in with my husband this morning I didn’t anticipate being fat shamed by the old man at the front help desk but here we are. Please teach your employees that inside thoughts need to stay inside.
