I had a really positive experience here. I was seen almost immediately and worked with Dr. Klein. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. The whole appointment was probably only 15-20 minutes. I didn't feel rushed or anything. Dr. Klein was a very thorough . The support staff was very friendly and well. I'd highly recommend.
Bao was wonderful with fully explaining the procedure and how to take take care of my skin before and after the procedure. She also gave me a few samples of products to try at home.
I had Dr.Claire Dorfman and her assistant Maria. Claire was very professional and caring. Explained everything. Great doctor. Maria was excellent and patched up very nicely the two biopsy cuts.

Very pleased with my chin laser hair removal consultation. All of my concerns were answered and I gained additional knowledge of the process, pros and cons. Looking forward to my first appointment.
