I took my wedding rings to get resized, and Phil and Robyn were amazing! They were so friendly, even for a simple service, and remembered details of your conversation and followed up when you went back in - it really makes you feel good. You can tell they care about their customers, and making sure they do a great job. I will be back!
Had an engagement and wedding ring resized and now they fit perfectly. The rings look brand new again, as they are 24 years old. Very happy overall.
After finding out my neighbour has used Ringleader many times and highly recommended them, I took a watch and ring in for repair. The watch was too old to fix, but they did a great job on the ring and it looks like new. I'm definitely returning when in need of a jewellers.
