Terrific experience. Brought Phil & Robyn a men’s ring for a recommendation on redesign. They had a few ideas and we settled on one. Used lab stones instead of natural and saved a bundle. The redesigned ring looks stunning and the price was well within my budget. My wife loved the new look too! Could not be happier. They will be my ‘go to’ for future purchases and repairs.
I have taken several prices of jewelry to Robyn and Phil for sizing/fixing/assessing over the past couple of years. I ended up selling some of my old silver and gold to them and was very satisfied with the price I was paid. I have also recently had a large number of rings sized and some watch batteries replaced. I find both Robyn and Phil so helpful and knowledgeable - they've made suggestions, given me their opinions, and offered solutions to some of my concerns. I took my grandfathers citizen watch to get it fixed up, as I received it a few years back when he passed away. I searched for a nearby watch repair shop and found this one. I needed the watch to be fitted and it seemed the battery was dying so I needed that replaced as well. I brought it and they first told me about the type of battery I have which can be recharged, and to leave it under a light or sunlight and it may recharge and work fine without spending anything to replace the battery.
