Phil and his wife are very kind and pay close attention to detail. They are definitely a place you want to go to for all your jewelry needs!
We have dealt with Robyn and Phil at Ringleader for longer than I can remember. Since moving out of the neighbourhood, we still go back for all of our jewelry needs as we have built a trust and friendship over the years. Supporting local businesses is more important than ever these days and supporting those that are the best at what they do makes it easy.
I have visited this shop on a few occasions and have always been treated with respect, patience and a bit of friendly humour. The owners Phil & Robyn are great. They explain everything and I appreciated their honest evaluations of some of my jewelry. I highly recommend them for purchases, repairs and valuations.
Quoted 1 price for a repair and when time came to pickup it was $100 more. Worst customer service and would never recommend this store.
I had my wedding ring set worked on here and they did a beautiful job of fixing it and improving the setup of the two rings. I’m very pleased with the finished result!
