I lived there for 8 years. Maintenance doesn't know how to fix anything. The apartments are sinking. So they can't fix the doors that stick and don't close properly. The office manager laughs at people who have disabilities and asks you to spy on your neighbors and give her information to use against them. They have failed HUD inspections multiple times in a row for electrical issues. They have cameras outside watching your every move. I left willingly to get away from the drama and harassment.
They really make sure tenants get what they need for housing, like ramps and fixing appliances in a timely manner.
