They installed damaged windows in our house, then they stated that defective windows are part of their process. They said chips in glass are common, so essentially you get what you pay for. Owner is absolutely clueless and lacks people skills as well. They're a small fish for a reason. Use someone reputable! Response to response from owner: Completely inaccurate information. THIS COMPANY IS RUDE, UNREASONABLY, AND A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO HOME DEPOT OR LOWES AND THAT MEANS ALOT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RINGER WINDOWS.
I replaced my single payn windows with the Elite Series from Ringer Windows a local company and they did an excellent job. Special thanks to Hermon who was the lead installer, he has the hands of a surgeon and the new windows look like they were molded into the frame, totally professional. The installation went great on 21 windows! The problem came with the warranty. I notified them in November 27, 2024 of an issue that now involves completely replacing 3 windows. I emailed with Owner Greg directly and not once in 3 months as it is now March has anyone from Ringer reached out to us to remedy this. It has all been us prompting them. Highly recommend Ringer Windows! They replaced my windows in my 1950's bungalow and did an amazing job. I was impressed with everyone I encountered from sales to install. The owner even reached out to make sure all my questions were answered. I especially recommend them for older home. No other window replacement company seemed comfortable with how to best removed my original steel windows (they were beautiful, but had lived their life) and replace with new windows, but they had expereience with older home and did an amazing... read more
