I have been using ring central for the past 2 + years and have to say it is one of the best decisions i made for my business's. It is a great system with a lot of phone system variation like the old pbx type style phone systems.. the only thing i wish was better is the ability to stream like a radio station for hold music variation. Other than that i have had very little issues and minimal down time.
Absolute Crooks! Used them for 10 years, tried to cancel verbally, then in writing twice and they still billed me as if I had renewed my annual contract. False. Sent them 2 emails for NON-RENEWAL which they ignored, Their customer service is non-existent. Buyer beware!
I was warned about RingCentral but I didn’t listen. I am now paying for it over $1000 for a service I will no longer be using. Don’t fall for it like I did. They are very dishonest with their terms of service.
I am very happy I made the change to Ringcentral. They have been very easy to use and when I ran into any issues there is always some one to answer the phone and take care of any issues for me. I recommend them to every client I have. Very happy I made the switch.
