Until today I was very happy with this company. They have changed their phone to an AI-voiced extremely long automated answering system which takes 3 1/2 minutes to get through then hangs up on you. They need to go back to their previous system. I hope they fix it so I can update this review. I was happy with their services for 2 years. Why did Ring Central decide their customers' time is trash?

Extremely Difficult to Cancel — Charged After Written Cancellation. I strongly recommend that businesses understand RingCentral’s cancellation process before signing up. I canceled in writing on August 10 during the contractual 30-day trial period. The agreement specifically allows termination by written notice. Extremely complicated setup. We signed up in late July and still can't use RingCentral. Payment form issues at activation, then an endless verification loop because the account was under my business partner's email while he was overseas. Even after he emailed authorizing me to manage the setup, we were told nothing could be changed since I'm not the "Super Admin." Avoid. They will lock you into a contract and if you add anything electively down the line, they won’t let you remove it because they will claim as part of a contract that you don’t even know that you signed. Avoid avoid avoid.
