I have spend no less then 6 hours total on the phone with these people trying to get help for the plan they recommended to us. They spend over 2 hours of my time transfer me to various teams who could not help me. Making tickets for reviews that never get done, as the recommended fix it we will look into it. I’m cancelling my service today thanks for being a waste of time and money.

This company is a scam. My father died last year and Ring Central was set up for his business. The business is now sold, and the service is no longer needed. I was basically told we can't cancel the service without him - we need some kind of auth code - he's dead. It's not like I can ask him what it was. Customer service wasn't helpful AT ALL, and it really isn't right to give people a hard time when they're already having a hard time. I'm just trying to cancel a service that we no longer need.

In enquired online about their services and then they proceeded to call me 1-2 times a day from random spoofed phone numbers! Very frustrating.

The worst service in the world. They told me it was month-to-month, and now it turns out it's a year-long contract. I wanted to add some SMS bundles for a month because I needed them, and now they're telling me I can't remove them until the contract ends. John Edward's service is absolutely terrible; they never try to understand the customer. It's a disgrace that such bad companies exist.
