Most useless support staff, call center is useless, company is useless, were a 20 year customer, but its officially time to switch
Got the job done with understanding and empathy.
The update they did to the system in the last week is screwing up all the call path we have setup over the past 5 years. What is going on over there at RingCentral. Total failure. At least admit there is an issue, get it fixed instead of blowing off your customers. Still on the phone trying to get a supervisor. 30 minutes and going. They use to be so good at support.
Do not work with this company. AWFUL!!!!! Customer service is a NIGHTMARE. They also do not give you a refund/prorate if you cancel. Even if you just renewed. Use ANY other company. It's a shame because they really were a good company. I'm not sure what happened to them over the past couple of years, but clearly I am not the only one who feels this way.
The sales, contract, and onboarding process have been a nightmare. I signed a contract and ordered 5 phones, then they said that phone was out of stock Ok sure things happen. They charged me FOR ANOTHER 5 PHONES and said my refund will be issued in 7 days. They are sending me the new phones over night. 12 days later still no phones.....The sales rep can call me 5 times per day to sign the contract, but can't even order phones that are in stock and overnight them to me as promised.
