Today I received the third sales call in two weeks from Ring Central after kindly asking to be removed from their list during the first call. They clearly do zero research on sales leads since I have nothing to do with my company's telecom systems, nor do they respect requests to stop calling me, even after I explained that I do not work with nor know the team at my company that handles our telecom systems.
called them months in advance to inform them we will not be renewing our contract, worked with them to port all of ours numbers out of their system and surprise surprise we have been charged through our renewal and our service was never cancelled. they tried to gaslight me out of a refund for the latest charge, i dont think so. they finally agree to a refund and actual cancellation 2 weeks ago and now another grand surprise: no refund was ever submitted and my acct is still active despite being told it is pending cancellatio... read more
Excellent virtual phone system with very helpful support staff to help you get your system up and running quickly. Also has some great add on features.
We’ve been trying to update our credit card for over five days and still have no working phones. Their two-factor authentication system doesn’t even work, the verification code never arrives. After sending the updated credit card form multiple times, their tech support remains useless. They only pass messages from one department to another with no real solution. If I could leave zero stars I would. I would recommend anyone who has worked with them to check your charges. We had canceled our service, paid the contract payout amount and they continued to charge us. We have spoken with multiple representatives and been told that we're likely not getting our money back. The only reason this is getting resolved is because I disputed the charges with my American Express account (a company with excellent customer service!) and have blocked them as a payable merchant.
