The user interface wasn't intuitive and was challenging to use. When I tried to cancel, it took them over a month to process my cancellation request, then Ring Central continued to charge my account for 6 months. I am currently emailing Ring Central to get them to stop charging my account and credit back the unauthorized payments. 1 star for the product, customer support, and business practices. Stay away! I use Aloware now and am much happier.

Their customer service is the worst of the worst of the worst. Beware! Any issue you have (and trust me… there will be issues) will be routed to a female “technician” (I use that term as loosely as possible) in China somewhere who has no clue what they are doing. It will be a minimum of a 60 minute phone call. It appears that every phone call or issue they take is like the first time they are handling a phone call or technical issue. It’s quite infuriating.
