We have spent hours on the phone today, and spoke to five people, with no resolution. A 2-year contract auto-renewed without our knowledge that was signed by a former employee over 2 years ago. We are getting billed for about $7,000 of services we have no intention of ever using. This company is impossible to work with. Their contract and billing practices are less than moral. The experience has been deceptive at best. I am being billed thousands of dollars for services I will not use, nor have I ever used and I cannot remove them from my account. I have begged 5 different agents for any kind of help today and everyone keeps reciting some scripted nonsense about how I am in a contract. This companies billing practices are terrible. They will not resolve any billing issue and tell you that you can only downgrade during your renewal window and even then they drag their feet and don't respond to any messages with meaningful action. I am forced to look for different options because their customer service is just terrible and they do not look to resolve anything. Cancelling a RingCentral account is nearly impossible. Please be careful when signing up. I've been charged for months for a service that was never used and asked to cancel multiple times.
