It works. I've had a few issues, including a prank caller I asked for help blocking. Told me that was resolved, yet we still get several calls from this untraceable number. Tried to get the location to read a local city when placing calls, rather than showing a city over three hours away. Told me that was resolved, but our business still shows up as a call from a different city in caller ID. So, it's an average company.

Horrible company to work with if you are a small business. They will put all the numbers under a contract without telling you, and when you want to delete something they will let you know that you are officially stuck with a contract. They will charge you double or triple what other companies like zoom, Nextiva or ooma, but their website doesn't even work.
