Julie is awesome to work with! I loved her communication style - straightforward & direct. She’s also incredibly talented and the ring she re-worked for me turned out so beautifully and exactly what I wanted. The whole process was efficient and she kept me informed every step of the way. I recently had a custom ring made by Ring Reno and I am so happy with it! Julie was amazing to work with, communication was consistent and friendly. They made a 14K white gold knife edge solitaire setting with a 4ct lab asscher cut diamond. The ring is exactly what I had asked and hoped for. I am SO glad I found Ring Reno! Julie was an absolute delight to work with! I showed her a photo of what I would like and she actually exceeded my expectations! She kept me informed every step of the way, with photo updates as well. My ring is absolutely gorgeous!! It was awesome that I could use a lot of my unused gold jewelry that I never wore, towards the price of my new ring.
