Beautiful facility, amazing people, fun and effective workouts! I have never been very comfortable attending fitness classes and they make you feel confident and welcome from day 1. The workouts are always enjoyable and they mix up the exercises preventing me from getting bored.
I started fitness kickboxing in April 2021 and still absolutely love it. When my schedule got busy, I was able to adjust my membership to what worked for me. I don't get the dreadful feeling that normally comes before going to the gym -- I look forward to going! And it's always guaranteed that I leave sweaty and smiling.
I joined ring ready fitness a few months ago. It is not only a great workout but also wonderful community. Coach Natalie is very welcoming and a great coach. Highly recommend.
