Not sure why our experience was so different from some of the 5 star reviews but it definitely was. 3 star is only because was finally able to get the part that we had called ahead on. Didn't find Steve particularly customer service oriented had given wrong quote - filled wrong part and was rather unapologetic and never even offered myself or my 10 y/o granddaughter the seat that appeared to be for customers in front of his and the other's desks to wait on him on either arriving or while waiting for him to correct his error.... read more
