Don't bother to try and get help with an order they messed up. They were supposed to engrave my fiancee wedding band, but after waiting about 7 weeks, it arrived with no engraving. Bear in mind I dropped $30k on the engagement ring. Buyer beware. Bought huggie earrings 1 month ago, wore a few times and the mechanism on one of them no longer clips shut. They send out all repairs - overseas I'm sure - which take 6-8 weeks. Absolutely absurd service for the prices they want to charge - go to any other jewelry store on Madison for better quality and better service.
Terrible customer service on lost return. It has been 2 weeks since I returned a gold bangle with diamond that costs over 3000$. Haven’t received any updates from Fed Ex or RC as to location of this package even after I provided Fed ex tracking number. RC said they cannot refund me without the item. I am afraid it is lost or stolen and RC or Fed Ex will not refund me. Think twice before you use this business. I certainly would not purchase anything and will share this experience with my friends and acquaintances.
Let's see how do you review an item you never received.....it was "delivered" by FedEx no proof of delivery or signature. I notified them immediately and they said to wait 48hrs. I let them know that my lobby has a doorman and security camera and FedEx was never at my building at the time of delivery. At no point did they offer to send me a replacement.
