Update: not only are they disrespectful but also thieves. Returned a product within the return period (due to very poor quality) received an email from them that the return has been approved it has been 3 weeks and still I have not received my money. As you can imagine seeing RC posted all over instagram, we were so excited to go engagement ring shopping for my daughter and her boyfriend. They brought me along to get ideas of settings and stones. This was the most deflating experience for a time that should have been filled with laughter, love and excitement.
