Terrible customer service on lost return. It has been 2 weeks since I returned a gold bangle with diamond that costs over 3000$. Haven’t received any updates from Fed Ex or RC as to location of this package even after I provided Fed ex tracking number. RC said they cannot refund me without the item. I am afraid it is lost or stolen and RC or Fed Ex will not refund me. Think twice before you use this business. I certainly would not purchase anything and will share this experience with my friends and acquaintances.
Let's see how do you review an item you never received.....it was "delivered" by FedEx no proof of delivery or signature. I notified them immediately and they said to wait 48hrs. I let them know that my lobby has a doorman and security camera and FedEx was never at my building at the time of delivery. At no point did they offer to send me a replacement. I already left a bad review for some reason it’s no longer here. I can’t judge on the quality of the gold because i never received it but if the quality is like their customer service it’s terrible more than terrible ! Took so long in replying to my email and when they did very rude and they didn’t care at all! Basically they won’t help and that’s it! I don’t have my money or my jewelry . Don’t buy from here if you have any problems they do not help!
