I already left a bad review for some reason it’s no longer here. I can’t judge on the quality of the gold because i never received it but if the quality is like their customer service it’s terrible more than terrible ! Took so long in replying to my email and when they did very rude and they didn’t care at all! Basically they won’t help and that’s it! I don’t have my money or my jewelry . Don’t buy from here if you have any problems they do not help!

Update: not only are they disrespectful but also thieves. Returned a product within the return period (due to very poor quality) received an email from them that the return has been approved it has been 3 weeks and still I have not received my money. I have written them 3 times and no replies. How is this company still in business? Their team, when they finally responded, have insulted me and disrespected me (Amber!l). As you can imagine seeing RC posted all over instagram, we were so excited to go engagement ring shopping for my daughter and her boyfriend. They brought me along to get ideas of settings and stones.
