I had an utterly deplorable experience with Ring Concierge that left me feeling cheated and disregarded. I ordered a pair of earrings from their “fine jewelry” category, only to realize within an hour that they were merely gold-plated, not the quality I expected for the price. Lately I’ve been noticing before a “huge” sale they raise the price on the jewelry. Has anyone else noticed this? These kind of practices make me never want to shop here again. I found the EXACT same gold fluted ring for $120, the one they’re selling for $500 and that’s WITH a “30% discount”.

We had been loyal customers of Ring Concierge — until we realized just how poor the quality of their jewelry is, how bad their service has become, and how carefully planned it all seems. We always knew the jewelry was low quality, but the fact that they offered decent service and would repair poorly made pieces under warranty still made us willing to purchase specific items. Cheap shit. Earrings broke right out of the box. Don't waste your money go to a real jeweler.
