The jewelry is attractive. My ladies comment that it makes them feel beautiful. Love the location and service. The salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. Great for the ladies to treat themselves and guys to impress that special someone.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. We were sent someone else’s ring, and that person received ours - which is a huge mistake for a high-value, custom piece. On top of that, we had to explain and prove that the ring we received wasn’t ours because it had the wrong diamond size, wrong gemstone, and wrong ring size. For months I’ve been trying to narrow down my perfect ring shape, size, and design, and Mikayla helped me do just that. She was kind, open, helpful, warm, and not pushy in the slightest. I truly appreciate her guidance and will cherish our conversation. My friend even purchased a new wedding band. A truly 10/10 experience all because of Mikayla. It’s too soon to speak on how the ring holds up over time but the customer service and advice alone are enough to make a repeat customer out of me.
Had an incredibly fun time with Elizabeth today at RC. She was honest, helpful, patient. It wasn't like we were making any groundbreaking decisions but she helped me exchange a gift I was given for something that was more of a fit for me. I am super indecisive but I genuinely felt no pressure to make a specific decision as I worked with her.
