I had such a great experience with Ring Concierge thanks to Torey. I was looking for earrings for my bridesmaids and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ones. She was so kind, patient, and made the whole process really easy. The earrings arrived perfect and beautiful, and I’m so excited to give them to my bridesmaids. Torey honestly made the experience such a positive one - Can’t recommend enough!

I own a few pieces from Ring Concierge and was looking to add another. Today I walked into the Bleecker Street location and asked to see 2 items. I wanted to see how the size and shape looked on me. The associate was demonstrably irritated and seemed to be making a concerted effort to make sure I knew he was disgusted/inconvenienced to be assisting me. I had an utterly deplorable experience with Ring Concierge that left me feeling cheated and disregarded. I ordered a pair of earrings from their “fine jewelry” category, only to realize within an hour that they were merely gold-plated, not the quality I expected for the price. I immediately emailed to cancel the order and followed up with a phone call the next morning as soon as they opened, only to be told—rudely—that they could not cancel. Lately I’ve been noticing before a “huge” sale they raise the price on the jewelry. Has anyone else noticed this? These kind of practices make me never want to shop here again. I found the EXACT same gold fluted ring for $120, the one they’re selling for $500 and that’s WITH a “30% discount”.
