I am such a Ring Concierge fan and I was so excited to get an opportunity to come to NYC! I initially went to this location I believe two weeks ago just to browse and try on some rings. I liked the double row stackable ring a lot, but unfortunately they didn’t have the item in my size at their location. However, Mikayla took it upon herself to make sure I received the item & looked into other RC locations & helped in facilitating the pickup. The jewelry is attractive. The pieces are expertly crafted and look elegant. I am especially impressed with the gold work. My ladies comment that their diamonds make them feel beautiful. Love the location and service too. Totally white glove. The salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. They offered great advice when I wanted to buy something for my daughter. Great for the ladies to treat themselves and guys to impress that special someone.
I had a disappointing experience with Ring Concierge. I placed an order and said that it was delivered on February 25th. When I went in on February 25, I was informed there had been a mistake and the item needed to be reordered. I was then told it would take 5–6 weeks, which I understood. Refused to let me try on rings after waiting in line for 45 minutes. Also the tennis bracelet I purchased from here on a different occasion snapped within 2 weeks (which they did replace).
