Terrible communication gave them $60 look at my JVC Ghetto blaster from 1980 called couple times to get updates they said we call you back maybe they could not fix it I gave up after calling couple times customer service not working at this company
I took my SONY CD player in to get repaired - it was beyond repair and both Nick and Ted were courteous and full of useful advice and assisted me in replacing my player with another one they had at the shop. Kudos to Ring
18 months ago I took a tape deck in to be fixed. I have never received an estimate or any update but have checked in multiple times over email, telephone and in person. Every time I'm told they are almost finished and that it should be ready any day. I'm now at a complete loss and out my intitial deposit. My other experience with ring, about 4 years ago, was completely positive and they are extremely nice people. But I am beyond frustrated and ready to just give up and assume it's a loss. Took a record player and amp to them. Not only the amp doesnt work properly after the repair but the turntable also stopped working and has problems again. They had my items for a long time and charged me $500 to fix everything and it's very disappointing because I returned my amp to get service again and they couldn't figure it out. They took forever and the items don't work and I'm out of pocket
These guys do awesome work. Have had them fix 2 amps now. They're both very knowledgeable and friendly.
