I had 2 colonoscopies and 2 endoscopies with doctor Riner the past 6 years. I have no complaints about the doctor other than doesn’t follow up for what ever reasons after a procedure ,as though the last time I have multiple polyps removed and mild gastritis. So I personally when to the office to request an appointment instead of calling because I wanted to have a card with appointment day and time to have a proof of appointment because of bad experience before. Dr ringer keeps me alive
I went by reviews when selecting Dr Riner The Reviews were excellent but were far surpassed by the service I received. His staff was the best very reassuring for someone who had put off receiving his first colonoscopy until 69 I have now had 2 .The results were explained in a professional manner and the details for a follow-up were put in a positive light. All turned out well and the staff that works with Dr riner put me at ease every step of the way

Dr Riner always takes time to explain all results and does not rush through your visit with him like many doctors do. I have been coming to him for over 15 years and his care has been consistent. He is kind and understands the delicacy of this kind of visit and does not make you feel uncomfortable.
I saw Dr. Reiner for the first time after we locating to this area from New York. He is very attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and calming. I was having an issue with GERD that would not go away. He immediately scheduled an endoscope and also prescribed a new medication to help with the consistent pain. His response time was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
He is warm, patient,caring, and understanding.
