Amazing center and team. I was unbelievably anxious before my procedure, but the entire team was incredible and eased my anxiety. Karen, my primary nurse, was so sweet and detailed with everything. Dr. A with anesthesia and especially Melissa, the CRNA in my case was absolutely amazing. Such a big thank you to this amazing team, my husband and I couldn’t have asked for better!
02/21/2025 After many inconsistent situations at the 392 ofc, And incompetence by Vanessa I was verbally brow beaten by Dr.Barnard as he verbally defended Vanessa's incompetence like a husband would! Dr. Barnard was extremely HIGH STRUNG in words spat at me, in Vanessa's defense, and overly RUDE to me! To think, I was about to have that ball of nervous tension perform sensitive SURGERY on my eye! May he and Vanessa live happily ever after!
Their billing practices are unethical. They misrepresented the procedure codes they would submit to both me and my insurance company in order to collect over $1,000 as a copay. Now, they are slow-walking the refund process—likely to collect interest on the payment. While the medical professionals are excellent, I cannot recommend this facility due to its dishonest billing practices and apparent attempts to unjustly enrich itself at patients’ expense.
From check in to check out, I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional and put me at ease. Facility was very clean. Would definitely be comfortable to return for any future needs. Highly recommend
NEVER in my lifetime have I personally known or met a more crusty, unprofessional, misogynist medical doctor disguised as the anesthesiologist to care for myself (never prior for family members or friends either). Dr Siddiqui the Anesthesiologist from IMED might need a "charm school". I have only read of anesthesiologist having this type of bedside issues due to heavily documented untreated personal issues. Frankly, I don't even want to say "his" name because that would render or hint some level of respect, that was not best... read more
