Thom Grogan was the best inspector we’ve ever had! He was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. We’ve had poor experiences with previous inspectors who were rude and condescending but Thom was WONDERFUL. He walked us through everything and explained anything we didn’t understand with patience and understanding, we couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful and amazing he was. 10/10 recommend him for all your inspection needs!!
