Been trying to get an invoice for the installation of my pool heat pump but cannot get a response. Have called and left messages to call me ASAP and also emailed them from their site with no response. Need this invoice desperately.
Shawn and his crew did an excellent job! They were on time and cleaned up before they left. They even replanted some plants they had to move to do their work. Well done!!!
In our defense, we are a small company & we do only have one truck. Things happen beyond our control. We do our best to make our customers happy and apologize for our truck breaking down. Perhaps you should call us to tell us about our problem rather than slandering us on the internet. Were we given an option to solve the problem before you put your remarks on here? NO. If you want a real review of our company, please call us and we will gladly supply plenty of phone numbers of VERY SATISFIED customers.
Rinehart electric is great! they showed up right on time, and are amazing at their job. They are very kind, and my pool works great! I wake up every morning with a smile on my face because of RInehart electric.
I agree with the former consumer, so far - I'm not impressed with this company! They were suppose to be here to connect/run my pool electric and failed to show. Supposedly their truck broke down - only one truck, gimme a break! I don't recommend Catalina pools, etither! They're both HORRIBLE!!!
