This office has gotten $350,000 from my family and I (custody case) was told by my attorney John Moss “His life goes on even after this case” all he cares about is money. They don’t care about the wellbeing of your child. If there are any Mothers out there please find a woman attorney. Do not go to this office. I read another review about this exact office and it said just because the more you pay doesn’t mean the better something or someone is. They are 100% right. $350,000 later. I have no personal experience other than watching, as my daughter struggles, living in a camper getting very little guidance from Miss O'Neal other than sending her requests from her husband's lawyer and giving her any guidance in her answers. My daughter doesn't even understand a number of the questions they are asking her. When trying to make contact she finds the messages full and can't even leave a message. Nicole was professional, listened to my concerns and wishes and provided honest and straight forward advice when something I wanted to ask for is unreasonable. Have used custody lawyers in other counties. Wow wow…. Never seen a lawyer constantly working during trail and so prepared before hand. Other lawyers prepare but Ms. O’Neil was working and constantly changing her questions and approach during trial. What a beast. Wouldn’t want her on other side.
