My Mother-in-law had her unit serviced and didn't notice for a few days that she had no heat. She called my husband because she had no heat and he went over to last Saturday to check it. He found that the gas was turned off to the furnace and the switch for the gas inside in furnace was switched off. Therefore it appears that worst case is that they were going to scam an elderly person into paying for something to be fixed or best case that it was negligently left off. Terrible... service guy was prompt though. Could not help me. Spent 20-25 minutes there. My issue is the fee of $209 , which included the service charge of $89 plus a rate of $250 per hour. They should have been up front about the hourly rate ! Simple math. Service guy said I would get an invoice by email for my records and of course that did NOT happen either. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all !
