Studio, one and two bedroom rental apartments include utilities and basic cable TV. A large clubhouse, a pool, sauna and spa tub plus many other amenities are available to all residents. We do not offer any care services nor do we accept Section 8 or housing vouchers.

JP While the complex is affordable and the apartments are nice, there are many other issues at Arcade Creek. First and foremost, the management and especially the receptionist at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. The receptionist's sarcastic and arrogant attitude is startling. There is also a large contingent of homeless folks who live/loiter around the complex. My truck was broken into recently and i was told by other residents that this is an ongoing problem. Arcade Creek Manor Last month, one evening, I drove to the emergency room with an incredible pain around the left side of my abdomen. I thought I would faint from the pain and decided it would be best if I fainted in a hospital than at home, alone. This was the closest hospital to me and I was pretty sure it was in my healthcare provider's network.
