Worst rental company ever do not rent with them. They are Crookes.
Tara is absolutely the worst to deal with. Upon signing a new lease to say she was unprofessional and unhelpful would be an understatement. Raising the rent was fine however she refused to send a proper lease and delayed the signing until month to month was required tacking on an additional $150 on top of the $100. We were not the only residents they did this to in our complex as well. Absolutely horrid and unhelpful. I have been with Rincon ventures for almost three years now and from day one till present i have received nothing but quality and professional assistance from Chelbi. When i submit a work order for whatever reason I hear back from her immediately and the problem gets fixed promptly.
