Very archaic and outdated building. For the price you’re paying, you can get a new build. And the people who work at the leasing office are super rude.
Do Not Rent Here! I’ve been a long-term resident and used to enjoy living here, but my experience with management has been extremely disappointing. I’ve repeatedly reported a loud water noise from the upstairs neighbors that makes it nearly impossible to sleep, but nothing has been done. The building is old, poorly maintained, and I’ve also found large cockroaches and other bugs in my unit. Management, operated by Greystar, replies to complaints but never provides real resolutions.
