Used their web site to book an apartment tour. Got a confirmation email from them. I show up, they say they don’t have me on the schedule, and make no offer to reschedule or anything else. Absolutely pathetic.

I've been living here for over a year, its a great building at perfect location. Vika from building management has been super helpful in addressing resident concerns and she has been very considerate and understanding.
