Wonderfull Maintenance staff!
The worst experience ever. I scheduled a tour at 9 am today and I arrived at 8:50. Now it is 9:10 no one works at the leasing office. No one came to work. The phone number just directed you to AI without solving your question.
Had an extremely rude interaction with the Manager Alexander trying to get information on a new home. Was ready to apply on site but he was not very Welcoming. Ill be going to another location instead.
Update 2026 - Beware! The building has recently switched owners, and the new management is raising prices to astronomical levels under the guise of "market rates" without even considering previous terms, refusing to make any compromises. They seem to be focused solely on raising probability instead of taking care of tenets, as evident by an internal residents group, and that's a bad environment to be living in.
