Don't use these people, was referred to them for my gallbladder, called on February 5th for appointment with Dr. Rincon. Was told they were doing clinical and would call me back shortly to make appointment. Long story, I had to call back after 3 hours of them not calling me back. The lady proceeded to take my insurance info and gave me an appointment for February 17th at 1: 30 pm. I had emergency gall bladder surgery a few months ago and obviously couldn't choose my surgeon in that situation. Though Dr. Rincón is a man of few words, he has gifted hands. I've recovered fully with no complications, and am very thankful for the laparoscopic work he performed on me.
Dr. Rincon did my gallbladder surgery. I'm thankful for his expertise. He explained the procedure to me and my husband, and the entire process went smoothly. My pain and digestion issues are gone, and I feel so much better overall. I'm very grateful for the excellent care and outcome. At my post op appointment, he answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. Office staff was very nice and helpful as well. highly recommend.
My husband and I arrived in San Antonio for a vacation on the riverwalk on a Wednesday afternoon 24 hours later I was in a nearby ER with a small bowel obstruction. Dr Rincon was my surgeon and up meeting him I felt very confident in him. Recovery was very hard physically but fast and without issue. He was sensitive to the fact that I was from out of state with follow ups and will provide support to my Dr in SC.
