My husband and I arrived in San Antonio for a vacation on the riverwalk on a Wednesday afternoon 24 hours later I was in a nearby ER with a small bowel obstruction. Dr Rincon was my surgeon and up meeting him I felt very confident in him. Recovery was very hard physically but fast and without issue. He was sensitive to the fact that I was from out of state with follow ups and will provide support to my Dr in SC.
Would give 0 stars but can't. Husband had gallbladder surgery. Went to get staples removed we didn't have 500 dollars for the visit despite having medical insurance so no staple removal. What kind of dr dose that when clearly they need to be removed
Dr. Rincón is the worst doctor I have ever encountered! He has terrible bedside manners. He is very insensitive, rude and arrogant. He has absolutely no regard towards the patient nor the patient's family's feelings. He told my uncle and his wife as my uncle was being wheeled into the OR (still conscious) He turns around and tells my aunt and uncle ... Worst physician I’ve ever had- in May 2013, 5 weeks after c-section while traveling out of state visiting in-laws in San Antonio, I developed sudden acute gallbladder infection and needed emergency cholecystectomy. Unfortunately Dr. Rincon was the on-call surgeon over the holiday weekend. He was generally offensive and insulting (complained about disgusting overweight patients as well as lazy Americans in general during pre-op consult- weird).
