RPM Rincon - unethical business practices I have never met Judd Chet but I have had experience with his company, RPM Rincon. I believe the Arizona Attorney General needs to look into this company's business practices as I believe they are unethical and fraudulent. Based upon the number of horrific reviews that I have read,on this company, I am not in the minority with my views.
