The one star is for Rincon Management South specifically. I’ve been attempting to connect with an actual human for a week via email and phone. No returned calls, no email responses - just zero communication. I have worked with property managers as a renter and as an owner, and Rincon Management South is by far the most frustrating. Run in the other direction! The Old Colony Complex is Arlington is extremely noisy and the management is allowed to be down right abusive, without apology, to disabled residents. They are directly discriminatory, stigmatizing and immature regarding serious issues like security in their buildings. They are quick to engage in fraud on their official company letterhead, as well.
