While I do think this organization has a lot of potential. I do think with the lack of communication with how the pre apprenticeship was handled was very disorganized. The pre apprenticeship program is supposed to be training to help students prepare for the union. I suggested by fiancé apply for it back in 2023. They do help with assistance if you need a bus pass and some money for whatever you need. Rincon did awesome providing for the students.
