My son leased an apartment from this company. Upon moving in there were issues from the start. Most were resolved. After my son was called into the military we gave Rincon a date and more than a 30 days notice. He left the apartment immaculate. I made sure I was on the lease co-signer. We were told by office that after ridiculous fees, 177.00 would be sent to my address within the month. They said deposit are sent at the end of the month regardless.
