Our 15-year-old Rinnai water heater just stopped flowing hot water about 2 weeks ago; I was able to get it started again by simply unplugging the unit, waiting a few minutes, then plugging it back in. But we were concerned enough to seek help from a certified Rinnai service person. We went to the Rinnai site and found 3 plumbers in Shreveport who had the certification, so I checked the reviews.
