The staff is amazing - Jessie and Angelina are so welcoming and supportive!! Always have the best results. Four stars is because there is no way to book online and it’s really hard to get through on the phone. PLEASE add a way to book online or through texting. In this day and age it’s an expected service and would be greatly appreciated by all of your customers.
Today’s was my first visit to Rinaldi’s and they’ve definitely gained me as a lifetime client. Lucinda did my hair and I was absolutely blown away. I came in not really knowing what I wanted, but she walked me through her vision and then absolutely delivered that vision tenfold . Today I had a phyto facial with Anjelique at the spa. While I knew that it would be great, as their services are always amazing, that facial completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish it was a full body relaxation and my skin looks amazing !
“She’s the best barber ever. I love it!” I see Michelle at the spa for pedicures/facials and Laura for RMT (they’re the absolute best. I never go anywhere else and I’m extremely particular.) I called last minute for two haircuts for my sons and they made it work with Elizabeth. My boys LOVE their hair. She did an amazing job and spent her time lining them up. TLDR: new to Barrie, booked last minute for a haircut and was pleasantly surprised. 10/10 will come back for more services. Elizabeth did an amazing job with my hair and everyone in the salon was friendly and professional. The experience was a great one from start to finish.
