Worst customer service today. Asked for a certain size and price details on two different sets of tires, was letting the sales rep that answered the phone know my issue, as it seemed to take a few attempts OVER SEVERAL DAYS to reach them as I understood they were busy but had an appointment coming up.Her response in a condescending tone was the people in the store come first, she was talking over me, aggressive and very rude .The manager and other sales rep was helpful and informative prior to this interaction.
Been dealing with them a month now and by far my biggest mistake. Dont waste your time or money. After you get the wheels put on their attitude completely changes! Stay away!if i could give less stars i would!
Hands down the best of the business! The whole process was easy from being approved to finding the perfect rims and tires. Blu and his team are top notch from the first interaction to the last and I will be a lifetime customer. Definitely the #1 Tire/Rim Shop! Thanks again Blu & Team for making my Husband dreams come true!
