I bought a couple ring here a few years back and it was definitely not what we expected. The ring came scratched and unpolished. I'm not sure if they had to rush it or they didn't care due to our bargaining. Definitely do not recommend as they seem to cater to higher profile clients. If you're not willing to spend an enormous amount, it's probably not worth it.

While we did make the purchase, the customer service was disappointing. The saleswoman was quite blunt and seemed visibly frustrated with us. When we asked to have the gold weighed (which is standard practice) she appeared annoyed, even though my father was being very polite and apologetic about the request. Was looking to purchase a new bracelet to replace my old one, the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate when helping me pick out a new bracelet. Pricing was very reasonable, and I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
