전화상담이 매우 힘들고 불편하군요. 고객의 말을 다 들어보지도않고 중간에 끊고 대답을 해버리고 틀린대답에 대한 책임이 고객에게 있는 것처럼 추궁하는 판매원이 물건을 팔 수 있는 자격이 있는지 나도 묻고싶군요 그리고 이렇게 올려진 글을 사장님도 읽으시고 과연 그러한지 사실여부를 확인한 후, 조치를 해주시는 가게이기를 부탁드려봅니다. 민족적으로 창피한 일이라서 한글로 쓰는겁니다

Was looking for a place to get a Dol-Banji for few of my friends’ babies reaching first birthday. Took about 3 days to process the order and another 3 days for the ring to arrive. Packaged well and item was as expected. Delivery person signed off on the package themselves but I believe signature was required. Overall, satisfied with this purchase and will probably order few more Dol-Banjis from this place this year.
