I interviewed 4 realtors before deciding that Emma was the best realtor to assist in the sale of my Mother's home in Roundup. She understands the market, both the strengths and weaknesses. She gave us sound advice and had great references in preparation for the sale of the home from maintenance to cleaning. Emma streamlined what was a very difficult process for our family. I called over the phone to set an appointment to view properties. I was hoping to speak to someone hospitable and willing to help. Instead, the woman who answered the phone determined, I guess through the sound of my vouce, that I don’t have a job in Billings and that I’m not worth her time and in fact don’t deserve to have a home anywhere in Montana. I didn’t catch her name, but whoever answers the phone is one of the most condescending people I’ve ever contacted.
