Rimrock has amazing customer service! After dealing with a major pool nightmare with another company for a year, I was amazed at the difference I experienced when I switched to Rimrock. They answer their calls, they return messages the same day, and they show up when they say they will. Plus, they know what they are doing! They have years of experience and knowledge that can’t be best. Highly recommend them!
They answered the phone immediately and sent someone out within a week to repair our pool whereas other places in Grand Junction could not come out for nearly a month. Their price was very reasonable, and customer service was excellent. For years we had used Watermark, but not anymore.
