I concur with at least 7 other reviewers: took money, no product, poor quality installation - if at all, will not return calls, will not give a refund that he admittedly owes us. Will not respond to letters from our attorney. Lesson learned: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Also, don't ever do business on a handshake with this guy. Stay with the well-know big stores. Actual rating: 0 stars
