Our family of 5 stayed at the Rimrock Dude Ranch in June of 1992 and had the best family vacation we have ever had. We just saw the Today's Wild West episode on TV that had Rimrock Dude Ranch. It brought back WONDERFUL memories. We got our photo album out to reminisce. I don't quite know how to begin this review. I'll start by saying this was a trip of a lifetime for me and my wife. We were there just one short week; we were not treated like tourists, but like family. Everyone there went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The horse riding was fantastic; the food was superb. The cabins were spotlessly clean and comfortable and the scenery was stunning. But, most of all, the people there were kind, warm, and friendly. Great equipment and snow gear coupled with our very experienced guide Terry made this two day trip through the wonders of YNP a spectacular adventure. Seeing Geysers, mudpots, bison, coyotes, eagles, canyons and waterfalls covered in snow was a real treat. The East entrance to the park offers the best panoramic view of Yellowstone Lake. Dede Fales in the office was very helpful in setting up this trip on dates that worked for our group.
Brilliant trip/tour of the park. Have been before so Dean took us to the special places least visited , just what we wanted, excellent , revisited places to see wolves and active geysers , we got to see place we hadn’t even heard about, a brilliant tour all round!!
The guided snowmobile trip in to Yellowstone is an awesome experience. Terry our guide is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the park. He tried his best to find as much wildlife to view as possible. I would highly recommend this trip and have Terry as your guide.
