Poor customer service, terrible hours, simple things like mobile deposits are foreign to this bank ...... service was down for months and it is certainly not a priority. It it very unlikely if you can even get in touch with someone let alone utilize their archaic "web" service". Following closing my account, screwing me out of $60 that you said you would reimburse is a joke, so we won't even go into the integrity factor. I dropped you because your service sucks, leaving this review because you chose to end it on that note.
