We had car problems with our Subaru Forester while traveling on vacation. We were about 90 miles from Billings and called the service department and spoke with Kyle. I told him that our car was drivable, but had some front end vibration when turning. He booked us an an appointment for 1:00 and checked us right in when we got there. They found the problem, fixed it and we were back on the road by 4 :30. They even washed our car before turning it back over to us ! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I happen to come across a facebook add stating that they will pay off your trade no matter how much you owe on it. I was very interested, I live in a different state so I was dealing with a salesman over the phone, I told him what I was interested in and he treated me like I was dumb and I didn't realize how expensive a diesel truck would cost to upkeep and maintain a diesel, I ended up looking past that because I was interested in not being upside down on my current vehicle, so I decided to continue... read more
This was the worst experience I have ever at a single dealership ever. So I won this $500 dollar visa gift card in the mail. I go in there to accept this and I just get bombarded with salesman trying to sell me on a car that I have no interest on. I tell them and then they start giving me an attitude. I go in there and they said I didn't win and I had a choice for a tiny Bluetooth speaker that they bought for 5 cents or a digital watch. I will never be taking my business to them ever. I got one of the prize things they sent out in the mail saying that I won $1000 in cash just to go in there. Sit there and talk to the guy forever about my vehicle and if I want to sell it and give him all my information so that they can continue to send me junk mail just to find out that I didn’t win, even though my numbers match when I called on the phone, but I got a stupid pair of headphones that I just am gonna end up throwing away waste of my time
