Arrived really late after a delayed flight in from the UK. The restaurant was really accommodating and we got drinks and a meal no problem. Would have really liked to have spend some more time in the bar but didn't have time. Staff were great and atmosphere was excellent. Maybe next time.

I dined at the Rimrock while staying at the Hilton Phoenix Airport Hotel. The restaurant is located inside the hotel and offers both bar and restaurant service. I chose a seat at the bar and was greeted by a very welcoming young woman with raven-black hair and an intricate tattoo that caught my attention. My wife and I dined there two nights in a row. The first night was okay, the food was pretty good, however they kept forgetting small things. Like extra sauce, extra cheese, no pickles, no onions. The second night was even worse, I ordered a burger and I didn't get anything on it that I requested. It was a horrible experience. And then when I asked for the sauce that was missing, it took so long to get it I just left and went up to my room. I believe it can actually be a great place. Excellent food, a nice place to eat for an airport motel area. Walked from the Marriott Phoenix Airport Motel (five minute walk at most), next time will stay at the Hilton complex. Price may be slightly higher, but access to food is well worth it. The atmosphere of the place is laid back with no high volume, can actually carry on a conversation.
