I deliver the fragrance every week after I deliver all of my customers after that love the smell of the trailer. They have a great product and people inside are amazing. They work very hard to create a great product for customers five star company.

Purchased one of their wax warmers and it stopped functioning after a few months. I contacted customer support and they chose not to replace or reimburse for it. I have found a bunch of other reviewers with the same complaint on different pages regarding their products and the company itself. Would not recommend buying from Scentsationals, or Rimports. You're essentially buying trash if it breaks after a few months. It's not the spendiest of things, but it should be expected to last, not something to reinvest in every couple... read more
