I am so impressed with the customer service. We bought a van that had been serviced at Rimo's. I called asking if I could have copies of the service record. Amanda was so kind and pleasant on the phone. She made sure I received everything I requested. Flash forward 6 mos, I had a question about a part that they replaced. Again, Amanda was super kind and promised to find the receipts for me. If I lived closer (or even in the same state), I would drive here to get work done. So kind and professional!
This is about the 4th or 5th time I’ve had Rimo’s Shop work on my truck. They’ve been a great help in restoring my father’s old farm truck. They always provide honest and reliable service! I believe they have a difficult job as mechanical work can always turn in to more than what’s expected. Richard and his crew are always great at explaining their progress and any problems they may encounter. They give us options and alternatives that help us decide what action to take. We appreciate them very much! Thank you!

Rimo is always very attentive to my mechanical needs, from brakes to tire pressure sensors. Never had a negative experience on any thing he’s done for me. Highly recommend.
I came in for an oil change, and they inspected my car for free. During the inspection they found that my serpentine belt was bad and they also found a coolant leak. They were knowledgeable and polite and told me they could get the parts and fix my issue in only a couple of hours. I was back on the road by noon, with piece of mind that my car will be good to go till the next service. Thanks Rimo's
