Overpriced. Fails to fallow through or follow up despite trying to defend himself on social media when people make legitimate complaints. Use a shade tree mechanic first. On Wednesday December 17th I took my 1993 oldsmobile 88 royale to have my fuel filter and brakes replaced. I originally purchased the parts from O'Reillys to do the work myself. Honest, communicative, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem the first time. All for a reasonable price, no surprises. Found my forever mechanic. HIGHLY recommend!!

I am so impressed with the customer service. We bought a van that had been serviced at Rimo's. I called asking if I could have copies of the service record. Amanda was so kind and pleasant on the phone. She made sure I received everything I requested. Flash forward 6 mos, I had a question about a part that they replaced. Again, Amanda was super kind and promised to find the receipts for me. If I lived closer (or even in the same state), I would drive here to get work done. So kind and professional!
