The management staff are not knowledgeable, nor organised either and their supervisor I. is so rude and disrespectful. They have messed up my appointment schedule twice and instead of apology started yelling and blaming myself that they do not accept my insurance on weekends.. which I did not requested. I have been a patient with her for over 15 years. I can’t say enough about how much I am pleased and happy with this office. From the staff, to the manager, to the doctors. Everything is perfect. People are very friendly there and always have cold water. The doctor is very knowledgeable and pays attention to every little detail. She takes her time to identify issues and explains them to the patient. I can’t recommend this office enough. I want to thank the staff and the office for keeping be healthy and happy.
Simply the best
I tried to talk with Doctor about her patient( my mother in law) who was very bad condition that time. Staff don’t transfer my call to Doctor, excused she’s busy and return the call. But in our experience she never returns call to the patient or her relatives . My conversation was ended with rude manner man , who told me bye bye for my asked for help. It’s was absolutely ridiculous.

Firstly I would like to thank administration of the facility for creating such a great environment in a new location. All the rooms made with elegance, great taste, and I believe that all of the patients feel absolutely wonderful there. Office is dirty. Staff lies to you. Tells you they will do one thing and end up not doing it when you show off up for the appointment. All the doctors are plain money hungry. I have high blood pressure and I’m on medications. The doctor didn’t even check my blood pressure. I don’t know how they’re still open.
I scheduled an appointment at Dr. Gelbert Medical PC with Dr.Janna Goldfeld.Waiting time is horrible. 10.15AM appointment , now 12:15. comes late, takes people out of turn. Janna you are a liar!!!! So I had to cancel the visit. I couldn't wait any longer,the old people with Walking Cane didn't even have a place to sit!!! why do you catch up with people if you can not serve on time???Janna you are a liar!!!!
I was at the office 3 times.1st time-I got sick.They said that they can't take me because the doctors are busy!Receptionists were rude! And right at 6pm the doctors left in front of me! 2nd time-I was waiting for the doctor for 2hours!The waiting room is tiny!The doctor was very quick,urgent to sent me out. The third time-I got sick again.They said that they did not take emergencies! Every time receptionists were rude,talked about their own stuff and didn't pay attention to the patients!
