Edit: Dr. Patel appears to have improved her approach to thr doctor-patient relationship significantly in the past year. At my latest appointment, unlike the previous appointments, she was not in a hurry and took the time to ask me questions and listen to my concerns. (A year earlier) Dr. Patel seems rushed and told me she did not have time to discuss medication changes for an important health issue I have. My annual physical was cursory at best(see above) and when she mentioned my weight loss since my weigh in 12 months ear... read more
It's been a bit over a year since i have seen Dr. Patel. I needed to put some distance between us before leaving a review. My experience was such a negative one, that it has left scars that I don't think will ever heal. I came to her with some serious health conditions. I left her with worse health conditions. I tried my best to follow up with her, via messages and phone calls, all to no avail over the six months I was a "patient". She failed to respond to me, and worse, she chastised me for being a further "burden" on her t... read more

Dr. Patel seems rushed and told me she did not have time to discuss medication changes for an important health issue I have. My annual physical was cursory at best(see above) and when she mentioned my weight loss since my weigh in 12 months earlier and I said I am now at a healthy BMI, her reply was "for what BMI is worth". If she feels that way because she is in the overweight range for BMI, which she definitely is, that's fine but Doctor, don't disparage your patient's health gains just because you're overweight and unhapp... read more
