I booked my first session with Rima at a time where I felt really unsure of who I was and disconnected from myself. She provided an incredibly safe, grounding place to share my thoughts, feelings, and frustrations. Her guidance helped me better understand my mind and heart and the tools she provided me with have continued to help me in my everyday life. I'm deeply grateful for the support and compassion I received throughout my journey with Rima.

This review is for anyone thinking about booking a session with Rima. Awhile back I came to Rima at a low point in my life, dealing with a break up and my own self-sabotaging tendencies.
