I was in a pickle. My hard drive came in from Amazon, but the screws and sata cable were delayed. I called up this company for the sales team. Gary answered, explained to him that I was looking to purchase a sata cable. The man said he had a lot of them just laying around, and that I could just have one for free, despite my requests to pay him. He gave me the address for his home office, and met him there to pick the cable up. He also supplied me with mounting screws for me as well, also free of charge. This man is a godsend... read more
I brought my laptop to get the keyboard replaced (I provided the part), the work was completed over Memorial Day weekend! Excellent service, no bait and switch. I paid $100. I will definitely refer them out to anyone needing computer work. It's worth the drive.
