Great place to get your eye exam or buy your frames. The staff and doctor's are amazing! They are very friendly. Dawn welcomed me in and completely made my day. Will be doing all of my eye exams here from now on.
I’ve been a patient here since they opened and have had nothing but great experiences. Friendly staff, excellent care, and a welcoming environment every time.
Friendly, chill, and experienced office. Patient rooms were clean and technology up to date. If you had to bring your kid with you, the rooms are big enough for a stroller and they have a bench for them to sit in the room. Office is right next to HEB as an added bonus for quick stop after.
Disappointing experience with Rim Optical at Ronald Reagan 1. Billing issues: The store staff incorrectly billed our insurance and failed to submit the second frame. After multiple discussions, the insurance company clearly confirmed that the issue is on the store’s end, and later the store acknowledged this as well. Despite this clarification and several follow-ups over the past 6+ months, Rim Optical has not taken sufficient action, and we continue to receive bills.
