I had a great experience until the old manager was replaced. I rented a unit when I left state to care for my father. I loaded about 2000.00 worth of tools into my unit, I returned 5 days later and the tools, along with business supplies, were gone. Maybe I didnt lock it properly, but that doesn't mean I want my belongings stolen. DO NOT FEEL TOO COMFORTABLE LEAVING YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! THEIR CAMERAS ARE NO HELP TO YOU. THEY MAKE YOU TAKE THIER INS, BUT THEN DENY YOUR CLAIM. THERE IS NEW MANAGEMENT. NOT GOOD, NOT AT ALL.
The units were clean and the management there was kind and helpful.
